Facilitating team meetings, including daily stand-ups, stakeholder meetings, sprint planning, etc.
Leading the team through sprint planning to gain consensus as to what can be achieved
Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers
Identifying and removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment
Knowledge of patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: burn-down techniques, retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)
Ensure quality of all program and project outcomes, deliverables and products
Comply with all Corporate policies, Standards, Procedures and Processes
Provides guidance about work activities to colleagues
Determines and pursues courses of action necessary to obtain desired results
Providing input to a cross-divisional, cross-platform organization on how best to utilize our structure and tools to maximize efficiency and results
EXPERIENCE:
1- 5+ years as a Scrum Master
CSM Certification
Full project lifecycle project experience
Proven knowledge of developing and implementing strategic goals
Resource planning experience
Matrix team management responsibilities
EDUCATION:
Completed 4 year degree
