You will also help define the roadmap for enabling technological effectiveness for processes, including improvements and automation.

If you have Workday experience in Payroll, Absence and/or Advanced Compensation and a solutions-oriented approach to your work, your contributions can make a difference to our team. This role is open to candidates in Mexico and works remotely from a home office.

What you will be doing:

  • Design, document, build, unit test and support functional tasks, configuration, and programs for Workday HCM and US Payroll projects with a focus on continuous improvement and self-service.
  • Develop and maintain Workday reports for payroll auditing and other functional areas.
  • Support Year-End Payroll processing activities such as developing and providing payroll calendars and review year-end tax reports.
  • Support data extraction, audit controls and data quality alerts.
  • Research and participate in update training to keep up to date on new Workday functionality and make recommendations for adoption.

  • The ability to provide solutions that deliver business value.
  • The ability to focus on prioritization, delivery and results.
  • Strong customer service and collaboration aptitude.

Preferred experience and skills:

  • Previous experience in Workday Advanced Compensation and/or Security
