Job-Overview
Job Title : AP Specialist
Job Location : Remote
Job Shift : US PST Shift (8pm-5am, IST)

We're currently looking for an AP Specialist to join us and expand our team. Responsibilities and Duties
  • Match, verify, code and process inventory and expense invoices
  • Reconcile and resolve disputes and variances with suppliers
  • Collaborate with purchasing and receiving to reconcile and resolve unvouchered receiving items
  • Answer vendor questions regarding AP
  • Receive, verify, and process cash, cheques, or online payments from customers and employees
  • Assist in day-to-day activities
  • AP and AR G/L account reconciliations and analysis

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of A/P experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP
  • Experience of working on Net Suite & Google Suite
  • Good work ethic; team player
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively work with clients
  • Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision after training
  • Strong knowledge of A/P, P2P, invoicing, collections follow-up process, debit notes, and credit notes.
  • Comfortable communicating via Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
