This is a remote position.

Job Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee our medical tourism and wellness tourism operations on a global scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to attract international patients seeking healthcare services and wellness experiences. This role requires strong leadership skills, industry expertise, and a global perspective to capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities in the medical and wellness tourism sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:


  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify and engage potential clients interested in medical and wellness tourism services.


  • Utilize a combination of inbound and outbound marketing tactics, including digital advertising, email campaigns, and networking events, to generate qualified leads.


  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted content and promotional materials that resonate with our target audience.


  • Implement lead scoring and qualification processes to prioritize leads based on their likelihood to convert into clients.



  1. Referral Management:


  • Establish and maintain relationships with referral partners, including healthcare professionals, travel agents, and international organizations, to drive referral business.


  • Develop referral programs and incentives to encourage satisfied clients and partners to refer new clients to our services.


  • Track and analyze referral sources and conversion rates to optimize referral programs and maximize referral-generated revenue.


  • Provide training and resources to internal teams and referral partners to educate them about our services and referral processes.



  1. Strategic Planning:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to leverage lead generation and referral channels effectively.


  • Identify opportunities to expand our network of referral partners and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the medical and wellness tourism ecosystem.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align lead generation and referral initiatives with overall business objectives and revenue targets.



  1. Sales Management:


  • Lead the sales team in effectively nurturing and converting leads into clients through personalized communication and relationship-building.


  • Develop sales collateral and presentations to support the sales team in showcasing our services and value proposition to prospective clients.


  • Monitor sales pipelines and performance metrics to track progress against lead generation and conversion goals, implementing adjustments as needed to drive results.



  1. Customer Experience:


  • Ensure a seamless and positive experience for clients referred through external channels, from initial inquiry to post-travel follow-up.


  • Act as a liaison between referral partners and internal teams to coordinate client care and address any issues or concerns promptly.


  • Solicit feedback from referral partners and clients to continuously improve our referral processes and enhance customer satisfaction.




  1. Quality Assurance:

  •    Establish and maintain quality standards for healthcare facilities and wellness retreats within our network.


  •    Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations.




  1. Market Research and Analysis:

   - Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting medical and wellness tourism.

   - Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.


  1. Team Leadership:

   - Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of professionals to support medical tourism and wellness tourism operations.

   - Provide guidance and direction to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.



Requirements

Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospitality Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the medical tourism, wellness tourism, or healthcare industry.

- Strong understanding of global healthcare systems, medical procedures, and wellness practices.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive business growth, and achieve targets.

- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and performance analysis.

- Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and platforms.

- Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous, particularly those commonly spoken by international patients.

- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
