Job description

Are you ready to take your game production skills to the next level?

We are looking for an experienced Game Producer who will be responsible for identifying and defining new game opportunities, as well as driving strategy from concept through live operations. Core duties include: overseeing all phases of production, visualizing innovations, and directing strategy/planning, to ensure on-time delivery and that performance targets are met. Continuous optimization is critical to refine games post-launch. Your proven ability to deliver strong games from idea to live service will be essential for the role.


All you need is:

  • 1+ years of experience as a Game Producer or related production role in the games industry;
  • Deep knowledge of the game development process from pre-production to live ops. Proved record of successful ownership of multiple projects from start to finish;
  • Deep understanding of game design, features, mechanics, balancing, and iterations. Able to critique designs and provide thoughtful feedback;
  • Strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills. Can manage multiple internal and external stakeholders;
  • Experience shipping games or features on tight deadlines;
  • Knowledge of game analytics and metrics to optimize live games and user experience;
  • Passion for games;
  • Proficiency with production tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack would be beneficial;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and presentations;
  • Experience in the i-gaming industry would be beneficial.


Your daily adventures will look like this:

  • Conduct primary market research and analysis findings to inform new game ideation and portfolio planning. Analyze the competitive landscape and identify opportunities;
  • Define product requirements, and establish game mechanics and concepts. Manage feature prioritization and the product backlog through all stages of the development lifecycle from initial ideation through launching and live operations;
  • Lead alignment on the vision, scope, schedule and requirements for selected game concepts. Guide the iterative design process by conducting design reviews at key milestones to ensure games stay on track and address any issues;
  • Track development velocity and priorities to complete features on time for scheduled internal/soft launches and adjustments as needed;
  • Continuously analyze live game metrics and player behaviours to identify optimization opportunities. Monitor key metrics, retention, and monetization to analyze player behaviour and ROI;
  • Communicate product status updates, issues, and results regularly to stakeholders. Track progress against Roadmaps and KPIs;
  • Drive testing programs to validate new features and maximize engagement and revenue;
  • Own operational support of games post-launch including live updates, events, and marketing;
  • Scout new trends and ideas to expand the portfolio through internal development.
