Residential Sales Consultant

Ideal candidate will reside in Northern NJ (30 minutes from Paramus) or Rockland County NY or Orange County NY

  • For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York City, Pella is required by law to include a good faith estimate of the compensation salary range for this role. This salary range is specific to New York City and takes into account a wide range of job-related factors that may be considered in making compensation decisions. These may include, but are not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill sets, and qualifications; experience and training; certifications; location; relevant education; business needs and market demands. Uncapped all commission position with a total advance (draw) of future earned commissions will be limited to $1,923.00 bi-weekly ($50,000 annualized) and bonus opportunity and mileage reimbursement.

Residential Sales Consultant job expectations include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Achieve sales goals by following Pella’s in-home selling process when conducting consultation
  • Own the full sales process by:
    • Assessing customer needs
    • Demonstrating product application
    • Conducting accurate on-site measuring and quoting
    • Capturing the sale and providing delivery schedule
    • Following up after product installation
  • Gain new business through networking and referrals
  • Utilize electronic systems and software to quote products and manage your business
  • Continually strive for 100% “Very Satisfied” customers

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University; or 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Individual’s motor vehicle record must also comply with company requirements.
