Job description

  • At least 3 years experience in Audio and Video installation and maintenance. 
  • Monitor and maintain AV equipment. 
  • Activate and deactivate, recover and correct VTC resources. 
  • Create, report, track and close VTC service trouble tickets. 
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot any problems on Audio and Visual equipment. 
  • Monitor live stream video quality and manage digital media.
  • Conduct meetings and virtual face to face gatherings. 
  • Provide oversight to contractors on cabling and VTC installs.
