On a day-to-day level, you’ll manage our IT helpdesk and office network, install and configure new hardware, track assets and software licenses, and research new technologies to keep Meister at the cutting edge of tech. An IT Admin job that’s just the ticket? Apply today!
What Makes You Special
  • 4+ years of experience: You bring extensive experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing complex IT environments.
  • Operating Systems Expertise: You are proficient in macOS and Windows and have advanced knowledge of Linux. You ensure that all operating systems within our environment are meticulously managed and consistently up to date.
  • Networking Know-How: You are very comfortable at configuring and maintaining office networks and WiFi, with hands-on experience debugging network issues. Experience managing UniFi devices is a plus. You are adept at ensuring network devices, including access points, switches, and printers, are always operational and up to date.
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM): You have a strong background in implementing and managing MDM solutions across macOS, Windows, Android, iOS, and Linux devices, ensuring all devices are secure, compliant, and updated. Your expertise extends to automation and scripting, particularly in streamlining onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • IT Management Proficiency: You manage users through Google Workspace with ease, automating critical processes like onboarding/offboarding and access permissions. You maintain an up-to-date inventory of hardware and network devices, ensuring seamless IT operations. You are experienced in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Software License Management, utilizing automation workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Basic Scripting Knowledge: You are comfortable writing shell scripts for macOS and PowerShell/BAT scripts for Windows to automate routine tasks, reduce manual workload, and enhance productivity.
  • Hardware Mastery: You are confident in managing and improving meeting room technology, ordering new laptops and mobile phones, and maintaining an up-to-date inventory of all hardware. Your meticulous attention to detail ensures that all devices are tracked, managed effectively, and ready for use.

You are instrumental in supporting the continuous improvement of our security posture and ensuring compliance across the organization.
