The Ford Champs Program provides students with hands-on, career-specific experience inside Ford of Mexico.

Ford Champs will allow to get to now different business areas through 12 to 24 months, while you improve your skills and become a better professional.

Responsibilities

  • As an Dealer Engagement Ford Champ, you will be responsible of support training events and presentations in conjunction with product and marketing teams. Trainee will also help to analyze training skills, structure area processes and this will increase his or her communication skills between teams and will learn different processes and controls that will allow him or her to develop his or her bachelor's degree knowledge and understand the corporate approach.


What you´ll do:

  • Support Training Coordinators in activities with product & marketing team for new model launches, updated technologies & EV of all products sold in Mexico.
  • Develop content for dealers (educational material, infographics, product information)
  • Upload training courses, create tests & provide new opportunities on learning platforms designed for dealer training.
  • Support in coordinating dynamic presentations and review media agency (suppliers) providing valuable insights.
  • Create & review data bases on Excel.
  • Pursue waste elimination to improve productivity and avoid non-value-added activities.
  • Responsible for emission of internal & external communications by email attending dealer engagement needs.
  • Decision making & problem analysis.


What you´ll need:

  • Active student from any of the last 4 semesters of Marketing, Communications & Pedagogy (Education Science)
  • 90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Teamwork
  • Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills
