Job description

  • Bachelor degree in CIS, MIS or related Technology field preferred
  • Minimum 5-7 years ERP experience
  • Knowledge of ERP systems from Order to Invoice
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Support multiple ERPs which Finance and logistics
  • Engage and interact with business users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
  • Engage with users to test vendor solutions, patches and reports
  • Make recommendations of perceived solutions to potential problem areas and methods for improvement
