About the role
Were looking for a highly motivated Student Success Advisor to join our team.
Somebody who has natural empathy for others and will be passionate about seeing our students
succeed in their design education.
The ideal candidate would have a background in a design-related field. You don't need to be a UX
professional, but having an understanding of UX/Product design is important. You will use your
design knowledge to provide feedback on student project work and offer them guidance and
support with design-related queries.
Responsibilities:
Guide students through their course, ensuring an enriching and positive experience.
Actively engage with students, providing support and constructive feedback on their
projects.
Respond to student inquiries via multiple channels like email, Slack, and Zoom.
Evaluate student projects, offering detailed feedback.
Be versatile in your support methods, including one-on-one calls and video feedback.
Organise and assist in live webinars alongside professional mentors.
Stay agile and eager to learn as the business evolves.
About you:
Background in design through education or some professional experience.
Proficient in design tools, such as Figma.
Experienced in customer-facing roles
Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working independently but also a team player
Flexible in using various software platforms.
