E-Commerce Systems Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy E-Commerce Systems Analyst to enhance our operations through expert management of Shopify data, development of custom reports, and implementation of automation systems.

Requirements

Data Reporting:

•   Develop and manage custom reports for the finance, marketing, and e-commerce teams.
•   Identify necessary data for reporting; autonomously gather data using BigQuery, Shopify exports, and third-party apps.
•   Create and manage reports primarily using Google Sheets.

Systems and Automations:

•   Respond to internal requests for enhancements to our project management systems, primarily Monday.com.
•   Design and implement automation solutions using Zapier, Google Apps Script, or JavaScript to improve efficiency and streamline operations.

Shopify Data Management:

•   Execute complex bulk updates and manage Shopify’s data structure with high precision.
•   Utilize advanced spreadsheet skills to ensure accurate and effective data handling.

Requirements:

• Strong familiarity with Shopify’s data schema and ecosystem.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Experience with data querying and management using SQL in environments like BigQuery.
• Knowledge in scripting with Python, Google Apps Script, JavaScript, or similar languages to create custom automation solutions.
• Proven ability to work independently in collecting, analyzing, and reporting data.
• Detail-oriented with a critical eye for pinpointing discrepancies in data.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in e-commerce or a related field.
• Practical knowledge of project management tools like Monday.com.
• Familiarity with third-party automation tools such as Zapier.
