Job Description:

NuvoLogic Consulting is looking for an experienced and talented Manager with a strong background in overseeing government projects and contributing to the growth and internal development of a government contracting firm. The Manager will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of various projects at NuvoLogic. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, overseeing contract operations, and serving as the primary liaison between the client and the project team to ensure that projects are completed within scope, on budget, and on time.

 

Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Lead and manage a team of Consultants and Analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure project success. 
  • Oversee business analysis, standard operating procedure (SOP) creation, and process improvements. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level management within client organizations. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client needs and expectations. 
  • Ensure high-quality standards and work performance across all task orders and projects. 
  • Plan, organize, and oversee project activities; manage resources; and monitor overall project and contract performance. 
  • Direct and facilitate decision support services for agencies, working groups, and teams. 
  • Contribute to the internal development of NuvoLogic Consulting as a government contractor. 
  • Assist in implementing best practices, methodologies, and tools to improve project delivery and performance. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field  
  • 7+ years of demonstrated experience in leading the delivery projects from initiation to completion. 
  • Proven experience in managing government contracts and projects. 
  • Strong knowledge of government regulations, compliance standards, and procurement processes. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. 
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
