Your missions

Work Arrangement: 3 days work from office & 2 days work from home

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels like: SEM, SEO, SMM, CPC Campaigns, Media Buying etc.
  • Utilise analytics tools to track KPIs and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, analyse trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Develop and execute content strategies that resonate with the target audience and support marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate with content creators, designers, and other team members to produce high-quality content for various digital channels
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and IT, to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing efforts with overall business strategies.
  • Leading digital marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to the team as needed.


Requirements
Must haves:
  • Minimum degree in marketing or related field. Good in English (verbal, written, and reading).
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in brand marketing
  • Computer proficiency in Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager (GTM). Strong leadership with good interpersonal skills.
  • Good project management ability with strategy planning, analytical mindset & adaptability.
  • Long term vision on market insights and trends.
Nice to haves:
  • Experience in affiliate systems, data visualisation tools (Tableau), Al social listening tools (Brand24), CRM software (Hubspot), market research platform
  • (SurveyMonkey).
