  • Ensure the satisfaction and success of your client portfolio, measured by NPS and retention rates.
  • Develop and share best practices in client-experience management, and mentor team members in effective consulting techniques.
  • Conduct regular client asset data health checks, provide recommendations, and perform capital planning reviews to showcase achieved business outcomes.
  • Lead critical initiatives, serve as a subject matter expert, and influence the work of others within your discipline.
  • Enhance the adoption of Brightly Software Products by delivering data-driven insights and industry standard processes. Advocate for clients within the organization, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Foster an inclusive culture and promote diversity of thought both internally and externally.
  • Lead and participate in team and corporate projects to promote innovation and continuous improvement. Provide training on new processes and software platforms as needed.
  • Stay updated with Brightly Software Product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Generate and provide reports for internal company projects and financials.
