CereCore is seeking a Google DialogFlow CX Architect to join our team Remotely. In this role you will be joining HCA’s Parallon division. We need a Contact Center Technology Expert with Google CCAI DialogFlow CX implementation experience. This is a multi-year initiative taking multiple business units within Parallon that are today doing various contact center functions for patients and consolidate into one organization and get them onto one common contact center platform, Genesys CX Cloud integrated with Google CCAI.

Requirements

  • Contact Center Technology Expert with Google CCAI DialogFlow CX implementation experience
  • Experience helping organizations take their legacy on-prem telephony systems to the cloud and ideally was involved in everything from the infrastructure to the business case.
