 Remote Travel Agent

Position Overview:
We are seeking a  Remote Travel Agent to join our rapidly-growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their dream vacations, offering expert advice and personalized recommendations to ensure each trip exceeds expectations to ensure repeat business and referrals. As a remote travel agent, you will have the opportunity to work from anywhere while delivering exceptional service to travelers worldwide.

Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and strive to understand their travel history, preferences, interests, and budget.
Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and destination excursions  to create customized itineraries tailored to each client's needs.
Provide expert advice on travel regulations, documentation requirements, and health and safety protocols.
Coordinate bookings for cruises, resorts, hotels, car rentals, tours, and other travel-related services.
Assist clients with changes, cancellations, and emergencies before, during, and after trip.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated on industry trends, destination developments, and travel technology to enhance service offerings.
Requirements:
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and live within the United States.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Must own a computer and cell phone with reliable internet access.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and have good time management skills.
Passion for travel and a willingness to frequently learn about new destinations
Availability to work flexible hours to adapt to client needs across different time zones.
