Job description

This is a remote position.

As the PPC Manager of our Agency, you will be responsible for launching, optimizing, and monitoring PPC campaigns across various platforms, including GA4. Your role will include presenting the most important KPIs, such as campaign ROI, conversions, and budget predictions, ensuring that our campaigns meet the highest standards of performance and efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Launch, optimize, and monitor PPC campaigns across platforms (including GA4);
  • Ability to present the most important KPI’s (campaign ROI, conversions, budget predictions);
  • Manage budgets, bids, and ad spend to maximize ROI across different campaigns and platforms;
  • Research and select relevant keywords for campaigns and create engaging ad copy;
  • Configure website conversion trackings (events/forms/e-commerce);
  • Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and design teams for effective campaigns;
  • Regularly communicate with internal teams to understand their goals, provide campaign updates, and discuss strategy adjustments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies (conduct regular competitor analysis to identify gaps, opportunities, and new trends that can be leveraged to gain a competitive edge in PPC campaigns.)
  • Implement A/B testing to refine ad creatives and landing pages for better performance; Utilize audience segmentation to tailor ads to specific demographics and interests;
  • Explore and implement automation tools to streamline campaign management tasks;


Requirements
Who you are:

  • Analytical and performance driven mindset
  • Previous experience executing and managing PPC campaigns and driving results;
  • Knowledge about Search, Display, Remarketing (including Google Shopping, Hotel Ads, Amazon Ads)
  • Proficiency in GA4 and ability to track marketing campaigns using Google Tag Manager;
  • Knowledge about advertising & lead generation strategies;
  • Budget Control: Manage PPC budgets and ensure campaigns stay within budget.
  • Ability to analyze data and adjust campaigns for optimal performance
  • Experience/knowledge in reporting platforms such as Looker Studio;
  • Lead and motivate the PPC team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure they meet their targets;
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese at a B2/C1 level is mandatory;

Nice to have:

  • Higher education in an area relevant to the position.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an PPC Specialist;
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate with clients and team members;
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team of PPC specialists.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development principles is a plus.
  • Google Certifications such as GA4, Google Ad are highly desirable;
