Patent Litigation Attorney - Full-time

Location: Austin, TX

Required Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of high-level patent litigation experience.
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience with running day-to-day litigation tasks, including discovery and motions practice.
  • Deposition experience is essential.
  • USPTO registration.
  • Technical education background.

Job Description

Litigation Management:
 
- Manage day-to-day litigation tasks, including discovery and motions practice.
  - Oversee and conduct depositions.
Legal Research and Writing:
 
- Conduct high-level legal research.
  - Draft and review legal documents, motions, and briefs.
Communication:
 
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and court officials.
  - Present cases in court as needed.
Client Counseling:
 
- Provide strategic advice to clients regarding patent litigation.
  - Counsel clients on patent-related matters and legal strategies.
