Job Description

Ensures high quality and efficient content production according to brand strategy and guidelines 

  • Ensures content and training material development is based on user journey insights and thorough analysis of market, competitor and user behaviours
  • Ensures content and training materials achieve Marketing KPIs, incl. Brand health and development of corrective actions
  • Ensures IT infrastructure/ AI marketing supports brand strategy and marketing concept implementation
  • Represent BU in cross-BU and towards BDO in all essential Marketing infrastructure related projects

 

 

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or above, 2-5 years working experience
  • Good understanding of digital technical marketing
  • AI or other marketing content automation background
  • Derives sustainable decisions based on cross-functional knowledge and experience 
  • Identifies and develops strategically important competencies in own specialist field
  • Strong communication skills in dealing with different stakeholders and hierarchies, Analytic and negotiation skills
  • Flexible, enthusiastic, motivating and empathic

UX and Agile working methods

Additional Information

Contribute Bosch Marketing Enabling Team to translate and implement Bosch brand strategy across training, content production and “technical” marketing
Take lead of study & develop AI marketing topic for future in terms of concent creation, translation, training material, etc
Ensures consistent implementation of brand strategy and marketing concept in all content and training materials 
Ensure IT infrastructure supports brand strategy
Responsible to achieve Marketing ROI
