Min 3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or appointment scheduling. Experience or a strong interest in the music industry is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and scheduling tools.

Core responsibilities:

Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to assess their potential as clients. Schedule sales meetings between qualified leads and the onshore sales team, coordinating calendars and managing logistics. Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system. Assist the sales team by preparing client information, meeting agendas, and relevant materials before sales meetings. Understand client needs and industry trends, particularly within the music industry, to provide tailored solutions. Address client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the lead generation and appointment scheduling process. Provide updates on lead status and appointment outcomes to the sales team and management.
