Remotely based in SA (UK Company)

Package: R15 000/month + Medical Aid & Pension Allowance + Additional Holidays + Personal Growth Fund for Development

Continuously seek new ways to attract and find great talent.
Always be growing your connections and developing relationships.
Use your network to seek referrals and new ideas.
Co-create innovative search strategies for all job briefs.
Masterful, selfless outreach to ensure a high response rate.

3.Identify and engage high performers.

Engaging with candidates who are keen to hear about new opportunities.
Gain deep understanding of what great CVs and achievements looks like.
Expertly screen & interview candidates to decipher motivators and experience level.
Creating meaningful long-term relationships with your network.
Ensure all actions are recorded on Bullhorn.
