Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Refrigeration Engineer specializing in natural refrigerants (CO2/ R744) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in designing and implementing refrigeration systems using natural refrigerants. This role is client-facing and requires a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Design: Develop and design refrigeration systems utilizing natural refrigerants to meet client needs, including heat load calculations, system design and drafting tender documentations.
  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their requirements, provide expert advice, and present tailored solutions.
  • Project Management: Oversee the implementation of refrigeration projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
  • Consultation: Collaborate with consultants on drawing work and system specifications to ensure optimal design and functionality.
  • Energy Solutions: Work with energy partners to integrate energy-efficient practices and solutions into refrigeration systems.
  • Service and Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for installed systems, addressing any technical issues and ensuring system performance meets client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing refrigeration systems, with a strong focus on natural refrigerants.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in designing refrigeration systems, performing heat load calculations, system design and drafting tender documentations understanding CO2 and ammonia-based technologies.
  • Client-Facing Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver presentations.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with EES (Engineering Equations Solver) is advantageous, along with proficiency in AutoCAD, Teams, and Microsoft Office.
