As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Senior Media Buyer with strong coaching skills to join our Marketing Team. This role is not for those with a freelancer mindset; we need a team player who is passionate about achieving outstanding results for our clients!

Our ideal Senior Media Buyer/Coach will not only drive results for our internal marketing objectives but also significantly enhance our clients' outcomes.

Success in this role requires you to take full responsibility for ad creation, optimization, and generating quality leads. You'll also coach our customers, equipping them with the techniques needed to succeed in their own businesses.

Responsibilities:

You will focus on two main business objectives:

  1. Strategize and manage daily digital marketing activities: This includes social media ads, landing pages, funnels, and automation software. You should be well-versed in current ad platforms, marketing tools, and strategies, and capable of leading integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

  2. Coach our clients: Create and deliver clear, effective materials to help clients achieve their digital marketing goals, leveraging your media buying experience and expertise, along with our products, services, and platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating ads using best practices, including copywriting, image and video selection, headline choice, and other elements crucial for successful ad performance.

  • Setting up custom and Lookalike Audiences, retargeting campaigns, and new ad campaigns.

  • Testing variables like copy, images, videos, and landing pages to optimize results.

  • Enhancing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) through A/B tests, ad optimization, and funnel refinement. Continuously running split tests to improve outcomes.

  • Monitoring daily performance and taking responsibility for KPIs, particularly focusing on Cost Per Lead (CPL).

  • Managing budgets and keeping track of ad spend.

  • Generating leads for clients in high-risk niches (casino, nutra, crypto, dating, etc.).

  • Compiling and analyzing campaign data to provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

We expect you to:

  • Familiarize yourself with our Code of Engagement and Ethics and live by it.

  • Constantly seek ways to improve our services and processes, particularly in lead generation.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and research innovative methods to enhance ad campaigns.

  • Attend all required company meetings, including team meetings, coaching sessions, leadership meetings, and training, unless otherwise approved.

  • Provide clear and consistent communication within the team, using Slack and Google Workspace.

  • Identify and suggest improvements, innovations, and optimizations within media buying and coaching programs.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of professional media buying experience, with proficiency in managing digital advertising across multiple platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.

  • Experience with funnels; familiarity with GoHighLevel is a plus.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate tools like Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, GHL, FBAS (our state-of-the-art platform), and more.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment while maintaining perspective.

  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, even under pressure.

  • Adaptability to new situations, with problem-solving skills and effective communication with your team. Teamwork and a “get-it-done” attitude are essential.

  • A shared passion and curiosity for driving change, with a comfort in ambiguity, a resistance to the status quo, and a commitment to quality that drives progress.

  • Knowledge and experience with automation for lead nurturing.

  • Self-directed with effective time management skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, both with clients and within the team, and the ability to clearly articulate ideas.

  • Willingness to work a minimum 40-hour week.

  • Availability and responsiveness to team members (via Slack) during working hours.

  • A meticulous approach to detail and data cross-checking.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to follow and update SOPs, and complete daily and weekly reports.

Bonus: Experience with Facebook marketing for high-risk niches (casino, nutra, crypto, dating, etc.) is a plus.
