Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking experienced recruiters with a minimum of 3 years in the industry, preferably with international exposure, to join our dynamic team. As our business expands, we need seasoned professionals to help us connect global talents with the right opportunities.

Technical Experiences:

• 3+ years of experience in the recruitment industry, working with international companies with a focus on relationship-based recruitment.
• Proficiency in market research and analysis.
• Effective use of recruitment software and databases.
• Strong knowledge of industry-specific requirements and trends.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Expectations of This Position:

• Act as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in recruitment practices specific to the Philippines.
• Fill job openings with the most compatible candidates in the market within the required timeframe.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and standards throughout the recruitment process.
• Continually learn and implement innovative recruiting strategies to streamline or improve the recruitment process.
• Build and enhance personal brands while contributing to the company's overall branding efforts.
• Collaboratively create and manage an effective database of high-quality candidates.
• Successfully deliver in accordance with a) organizational strategy, vision, mission, values, and goals, b) team operational plans, goals, tasks, and SLAs, and c) individual KPIs.
