This is a remote position.
The primary purpose of the Clinical Manager role is to ensure that the clinical and administrative teams execute their day-to-day objectives effectively while providing mentorship and guidance. Additionally, the role focuses on continually improving operations to support the goals and vision of BMT. The Clinical Manager serves as the glue that holds clinical operations together.
Meet regularly with Active Ability’s therapists.
Solve client allocation problems to ensure that clients receive services promptly.
Provide onboarding training to new therapists.
Ensure therapists meet their productivity KPIs.
Support therapists' wellbeing and communicate feedback to management.
Manage handovers between therapists to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Handle complaints from both therapists and clients.
Facilitate exceptional diary management for all therapists.
Regularly report to the Head of Clinical Operations.
Experience working in medical/health administration.
Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
Ability to manage under pressure.
Detail-oriented and efficient in work.
Respectful, supportive, and courteous to clients, referrers, and staff.
Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Must be willing to work on-site; this is not a work-from-home position.
Flexible and adaptable.
Understand the needs of the team.
Ability to self-learn.
Reliable, driven, and hardworking.
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
