Your missions

About Edurino
EDURINO is a new way of educational gaming loved by kids and parents alike. We rethink how kids learn and play with our hybrid learning system that combines a digital app, real figurines and our ergonomic stylus. Our team is dedicated to creating innovative and interactive, game-based learning experiences for preschoolers between 4-8+ years old. We have a strong investor backing (a.o. DN Capital, Tengelmann Ventures, FJ Labs, b2venture, and Emerge Education) and are about to expand our reach to more learners around the globe!

Your Role
Are you a vibrant educator with a passion for igniting young minds? Do you thrive in front of the camera, radiating positivity and energy? If so, we want YOU to be the shining star of EDURINO!
We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to be the face and voice of our innovative educational brand in the DACH region. As our Brand Ambassador, you'll embark on an exciting journey, spreading joy and knowledge to children aged 4-8 through our digital learning games.

Sounds exciting? Then read on!
The marketing team is looking forward to meeting you.

This role can be performed completely remotely within Germany and/or in our Munich office and Berlin co-working space. #LI-Remote
Apply for this job if you are passionate about…
  • A background in teaching (or expertise in early childhood education) - because who better to inspire and engage young learners than someone who's been in the classroom?
  • The ability to light up the screen with your authentic charm and enthusiasm. Whether it's a tutorial, a demo, social media post, or a playful interaction, you'll captivate audiences with your magnetic presence.
  • Good vibes only! Your positivity is infectious, and you know how to make learning an exciting adventure for kids and parents alike.
Your mission at EDURINO
  • You are responsible for being EDURINO’s spokesperson and the face and voice of the brand in the DACH market
  • You create several pieces of content on a weekly basis, which is used across all key paid and organic channels (e.g. digital ads, social media posts, email marketing, Youtube etc.)
  • You are responsible for writing blog posts on topics related to early childhood education and other relevant topics
  • You lead on PR requests, provide comments, test new products and give timely feedback
  • You are working cooperatively within an agile, multidisciplinary team environment, and closely with the Brand and Marketing team
It is a match if you…
  • You have a background in teaching or any field related to early childhood education
  • You are proficient in using your phone and recording engaging and informative pieces of content (no previous professional experience required in this area but you love the camera and the camera loves you!)
  • You have the ability to captivate audiences with your messages
  • You have a good understanding of what parents and children want to see and hear to make them excited about EDURINO
  • You are a proactive communicator, native in German, and confident when interacting with an international-/intercultural team of experts.
  • You are looking for a part-time (freelance) role. As long as you produce the content agreed upon each week, you will be able to manage your time as needed! Expect about 20hrs of work each week.
  • You're ready to unleash your inner educator extraordinaire and become the face of EDURINO

About us
What we believe in

We believe that, in addition to hiring the best talent, a diversity of perspectives, ideas and cultures leads to the creation of better products. We hire people who are passionate about the product and team, and we favor ability and willingness to learn over experience. EDURINO is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace. We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or gender. We foster a work environment that enables personal and professional growth and always strive to find the truth in discussions, independent of seniority or position as all opinions are respected.

What makes us special

  • A start-up culture based on trust with flat hierarchies. Join an early stage start-up, take on responsibility from day 1 and be part of the ride.
  • A hybrid working mode. Work remotely from wherever you like within Germany or from our office in Munich (Haidhausen) and co-working space in Berlin.
  • Regular company events. We meet in Munich every 4 months and do fun stuff together. Travel expenses covered.
  • Regular team events (online and offline). While remote, we meet online for a pub quiz or a drawing game. While in Munich, we go hiking at Tegernsee, we meet at the "Biergarten" or we do an exit game.
  • A multicultural team and English first as our company language. We believe that a variety of perspectives, ideas and cultures lead to better products.
  • A share package for every employee. You benefit from the exit of a rapidly growing company.
  • Family-friendliness and work-life balance. We have trust-based working hours that offer a maximum of flexibility and self-management.
  • Development Opportunities. We offer personal development time during working hours and a yearly development budget of 1.000€.
  • Additional benefits. KITA allowance (Germany), the hardware you need (e.g. Mac or Windows), employee benefit offerings with exclusive discounts, bike leasing (JobRad), and a company pension scheme.

How to become part of the team

  1. We look forward to receiving your application (CV is enough!). Once we have reviewed it and decide to invite you, we schedule a first 30-minute interview where we get to know each other. After our company presentation, you will have the space to tell us why you would be the perfect fit for us and we are happy to answer all of your questions.
  2. Depending on the position, there is now a small homework for you - either an art/coding test or the elaboration of some questions within a case study.
  3. We schedule another interview with the direct report of your position. You will elaborate the task or questions you have solved.
  4. You (e-)meet one of the co-founders. Depending of the position, we will now ask you for some references.
  5. After a couple of days, we will get back to you with the final decision and you become part of #teamedurino, yay!
  6. The following onboarding steps include meetings with your onboarding buddy and your team members, getting to know everyone from both our business and tech team and of course receiving your EDURINO onboarding box!
