Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IBM BPM, Camunda & Java Developer to design and develop reliable, testable, maintainable, and resilient software solutions. As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor and guide less experienced colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Design and develop robust software solutions that meet high standards of quality and performance.

• Ensure software is easily testable, maintainable, and resilient.

• Continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.

• Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding.

IBM BPM Expertise:

• Extensive experience with IBM BPM versions 8.5 and 8.6, including development and support.

• Deep understanding of IBM BPM architecture, including process center, process server, process applications, toolkits, and tracks.

• Hands-on experience in Business Process Definition (BPD) development, including decision gateways, exception handling, environment variables, and exposed process variables.

• Expertise in integration services for databases, web services, REST services, Java, and CMS systems like FileNet.

• Proficient in using timers, User-Controlled Activities (UCAs), and handling events such as exceptions, messages, and tracking groups.

• Strong experience in developing IBM BPM coaches and coach views, including understanding different coach view events.

• Skilled in creating and using Ajax services within coaches and coach views.
