On top of all that, the Advisory Solutions department offers a hybrid work schedule, so you’ll be able to work from home for part of the week!

We’re looking for an Advisory Solutions Associate to join our ranks. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in helping advisors grow and scale their fee-based practices by overseeing the development, implementation, and ongoing support of managed solutions marketing efforts and deliverables. This role will support the strategic direction of Advisory Solutions by leading projects to design and develop new platform enhancements, including the ability to streamline operational processes with key internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a robust background in financial services with exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a passion for providing indispensable service to financial advisors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing efforts and campaigns designed to effectively position and enhance the adoption of managed account solutions
  • Conducting market research on leading trends and opportunities in the financial services industry in alignment with Advisory Solutions’ key priorities and multi-year initiatives
  • Providing exceptional client service while working closely with key stakeholders to communicate timely platform insights and initiatives
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders across Wealth Management to streamline operational processes, assist with client-facing reporting, and participate in ad-hoc client engagements
  • Delivering high-quality external client engagements through multiple digital mediums (conference calls, phone calls, emails, Teams meetings, etc.)

Core Strengths and Skills

  • Strong understanding of managed account solutions and fee-based advisory practices
  • Knowledge of model portfolios and various investment products (i.e., ETFs, SMAs, direct indexing) a plus
  • Advanced degrees in Marketing, Finance, or Business; relevant industry or professional certifications strongly preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects on time and within expected budget parameters
  • Ability to interact with all levels of staff and management by working closely with our investment management and research team, alongside other wealth management departments
