Optimize sales resources to most effectively accelerate profitable sales to meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals while managing a territory operating budget
Work in partnership with the Technical Support Specialist to develop and execute an annual accelerated business growth plan that includes new product launches, pricing management, distribution management, etc.
Industry Awareness: monitor appropriate segments and competitive offerings and adjust tactics and go to market strategy accordingly
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and non-customers in the territory
Utilize and update CRM MS 365 platform daily to manage the assigned territory
Approach the position with a can-do, entrepreneurial spirit, strong business acumen, and a desire to drive accelerated sales growth
Team Player: Must be able to professionally work closely with Technical Support Specialists, Marketing, Applications group and R&D teams to overcome customer obstacles to maintain and gain new business
Ensures compliance with and/or follows all organizational systems, programs, training, policies, and procedures as required and complies with relevant legal mandates. Seeks guidance as necessary.
Actively supports and participates in the safety program, both for self-protection and the protection of other employees, by reading and abiding by all requirements in the Safety Manual and Injury Illness Prevention Program (IIPP).
Carries out all responsibilities in an honest, ethical and professional manner.

Knowledge
Bachelor’s Degree in business management or life sciences or a related field required.
Minimum of 4 years of experience of B2B sales required that includes the following:
Experience in sales in the food & beverage market
Experience in sales and/or marketing in health care market preferably Food diagnostic
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat required.
