Job description

Your Responsibilities

Web Development and Platform BuildingÂ â You help digitize our customer journey in the energy consulting sector by developing a self-service platform and finding solutions to make energy consulting more efficient through automation and optimization. Your efforts contribute to customer-centric products which help achieving our goals
Software Engineering and Quality Assurance â You deliver high quality software that is well tested and conforms to security and performance standards. Additionally, you use our automated CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable deployments.
Teamwork and Initiative â You work in a cross-functional team of 8 (engineering, data, product design, product management) and actively participate in code reviews as well as product discussions to find the best solutions. You support the product team during customer/product research with your technical expertise

Your profile

Experience and Technical Expertise â You have solid experience in setting up web applications with Ruby on Rails in an agile environment and are passionate about the latest approaches, including GraphQL integration, containerization, security enhancements, and the integration of modern front-end frameworks
Architecture Understanding and Best Practices â You're right at home with software components and interactions, as well as modern web/cloud development and testing methods. Plus, you're experienced with monitoring and logging systems like Prometheus, Grafana and OpenTelemetry
Passion and Willingness to Learn â You are particularly passionate about the Ruby ecosystem and strive to constantly develop your skills, look for meaningful work content and have a strong bias for action, and getting things done
