We are seeking a Talent Researcher to join our team. You will play a key role in building talent pipelines and coordinating large-scale talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate possesses excellent research skills, a strong understanding of sourcing strategies, and the ability to effectively coordinate recruitment processes.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct extensive research and utilize various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates for multiple roles and functions.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines by proactively sourcing and engaging with passive candidates through online platforms, social media, professional networks, and other channels.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand talent requirements and develop comprehensive sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress, maintain candidate databases, and generate reports on pipeline activity.
  • Coordinate and facilitate large-scale talent acquisition initiatives, including job fairs, recruitment events, and campus hiring programs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing, recruitment, and candidate engagement.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on pipeline status, sourcing metrics, and recruitment activities to stakeholders.

 

You might thrive in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed. Experience in web3 recruitment is a plus.
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and willingness to learn and grow in the field.
  • Familiarity with sourcing strategies and techniques is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms is an advantage.
  • Excellent research skills and ability to gather information from various sources.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities to assist in managing recruitment projects and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and analyze data to support insights and recommendations.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive candidate information.
