Inbound Venue Onboarding Intern - US & CA Markets
Are you interested in learning how to establish a great relationship with a customer? In that case, this internship might be just perfect for you!
During your time with us, you will get to see how our online marketplace operates and what are the steps of onboarding new venues to our platform. You will help venue managers with setting up their profiles and assist with any queries they might have through various channels. Your work as an intern will have a direct impact on the experience of new users of Tagvenue's platform!
Marketplace Operations Intern - UK & IE Markets
Have an interest in customer service and a passion for working with people? If so, the Marketplace Operations Team would be a great fit for you!
As an intern, you will be given a firsthand opportunity to explore various areas around customer success including, operations, retention, and both venue manager & client relationship management. We'll teach you how to improve the experience of our customers by maintaining a strong focus on attention to detail throughout all aspects of the job, from the initial customer inquiry to the final booking confirmation. By working with the Marketplace Operations Team, you will actively contribute to creating a great relationship with our customers.

📅 The internship lasts 6 months. If it’s a match, we are happy to prolong the cooperation after that period
👩🏫 You'll start the internship with training and continue to work with an experienced mentor who will guide you throughout your experience

🕐 We are flexible when it comes to your working hours - you won’t have any issues adjusting it to your uni schedule
🏢 You have a choice of working 100% remotely or from our office in the heart of Kraków
