As a Qualified Social Worker at Alyana, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals and families in need. You will work closely with other professionals, such as healthcare providers and educators, to provide a holistic approach to care and support. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments and create care plans for individuals and families in need

- Provide emotional support and counselling to individuals and families

- Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care

- Advocate for the rights and needs of individuals and families

- Monitor and review care plans to ensure they are effective and meet the needs of individuals and families

- Complete and maintain accurate records and reports

- Keep up-to-date with relevant legislation and policies related to social work

- Attend meetings and case conferences to discuss the progress and needs of individuals and families

- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed

- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field

- Valid Social Work license

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social work

- Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies related to social work

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team

- Strong assessment and problem-solving skills

- Empathetic and non-judgmental attitude

- Ability to manage a caseload and prioritise tasks effectively.
