岗位职责
  • 负责挖掘主播，并根据平台资源及发展的需求，进行资源整合，策划直播内容；
  • 负责平台直播的日常运营，提升直播数据，维护用户等相关工作；
  • 负责主播前期试播辅助、对主播直播前期内容进行规范、引导；
  • 负责跟踪直播运营效果和平台宣发，反馈数据，用户意见；
  • 完成领导交办的其他工作。

    • 任职资格
  • 全日制本科以上学历，英语公六或雅思6分以上，1年以上直播运营经验；
  • 热爱直播，熟悉直播平台或有直播行业运营相关工作，有从事互联网直播或是相关工作经验者优先；
  • 对各视频直播平台规则有所了解; 关注并了解区块链、直播相关节目和话题；
  • 有较强组织能力，抗压性，自我驱动能力，以目标为导向，能主动承担各类工作；
  • 良好的沟通、协调及执行能力和团队合作精神，能够与其他人员进行沟通、协调、推进项目按时按计划完成。
