工作支持远程;

岗位职责:
1.根据业务部门需要及公司招聘规划,制定招聘策略,开展招聘实施;
2.进行海外岗位相关岗位招聘工作;
3.人才库构建,招聘信息收集,分析,反馈;
4.关注员工动态,进行必要的沟通,收集员工信息,帮助管理层进行人力资源决策;
5.协助开展企业文化建设,创造良好的公司文化氛围。

任职要求:
1.统招本科;英语良好加分;
2.三年及以上HR工作经验;
3.有保密意识,有良好的职业道德和素养;
4.有较强责任感、团队协作及抗压能力;
5.良好的组织协调、沟通及分析判断能力;
6.工作细致严谨、务实上进。
