Requirements
As a Social Media Manager, you will provide excellence by:
Developing and implementing social media strategies on various platforms
Managing different social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram & Pinterest and other social media platforms.
Creating and writing interesting contents to be posted on social media platforms regularly
Aiming to increase the follower count in Pinterest and Instagram by posting effective contents using product photos, buyers’ reviews, quotes, influencers’ feedback
Initiating hashtags, contests, promos, giveaways and discounts within social media to increase brand awareness, engagement and follower count
Defining and implementing social media KPIs by reviewing metrics daily for optimization purposes
Measuring the success of every social media campaign
Monitoring user engagement and suggest content optimization
Ad creation and optimization based on defined KPIs
Determining and setting up the right type of funnel to be used in an ad account
Updating ad creatives regularly
Staying up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Do you have what it takes to be our Social Media Manager?
Consider yourself highly qualified if you have:
5 + years of experience working as a Social Media expert or similar role
Proven track record of running successful promotions and engagement strategies for online e-commerce stores in Amazon, Etsy, & Shopify
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest
Proven success in increasing social media platforms’ follower count by posting contents that includes product photos, buyers’ reviews, quotes, influencers’ feedback and initiating contests, promos, giveaways and discounts
Proficiency in lead magnets to grow the email list
Has a good grasp of email marketing campaigns, strategies and funnels
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Good knowledge of social media KPIs
Excellent multitasking skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills with an in-depth knowledge of social media analytics & problem-solving
Good time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - speaks and writes fluently in English
