Job description

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the lead Technical Consultant to design and implement ServiceNow solutions meeting customer requirements.
  • Design and propose technical solutions based on customer needs.
  • Develop architectures and technical designs adhering to industry standards.
  • Efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Work with the team to identify and address technical challenges during implementation and maintenance.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including user manuals and specifications.
  • Ensure technical deliverables conform to established documentation standards.
  • Provide technical training to end-users and team members as necessary.


Requirements
  • Solid experience as a Technical Consultant in ServiceNow environments.
  • Strong skills in Discover and CMDB.
  • Service Mapping experience is a plus.
  • ServiceNow Certifications.
  • English proficiency at B2/C1 level.
  • Espanish native or fully fluent.
