We run a training and coaching business that helps entrepreneurs start their own businesses in healthcare. 

Because we’re up to our eyeballs in new leads, we need more help serving these leads and turning those into new business owners.

Position Summary

The purpose of this role is to convert warm leads into new clients in the most effective & efficient manner possible.

This will be done via consultative video ZOOM calls with prospects that have expressed high interest in our services. The role will have 5-8 pre-scheduled and pre-screened calls on their calendar each work-day. 

NOTE: This position is full-time and remote. Although you can live in any time zone across the US, you must be willing/able/capable of attending a daily team huddle from 9:00am EST -> 10:00am EST Monday->Friday. 

What you’ll be doing…

Day to day, you’ll start your day by jumping into our team huddle - you'll be active in the call and ready to share experiences as well as be ready to receive coaching. 

You’ll be responsible for ensuring your schedule is confirmed and are prepared to receive the information you're presenting. 

You'll be a team player to your other closers as well as your support team.

DISQUALIFIERS: Please DO NOT apply to this position if you:

  • Have less than 1 years of phone sales experience
  • Have been in sales for a long time and are looking for a job where you can “coast to the finish line”
  • Don’t have the drive and ability to self motivate
  • Have no interest in being apart of a highly competitive and winning environment 
  • Don't enjoy seeing your work having a huge impact on other people lives

Qualifications

Required:

  • At least 1 year of VERY high performance as a sales rep
  • CRM & sales process experience

Preferred:

  • At least 2 years of phone sales experience
  • Experience high volume sales (ie. $5k min sales price, 1-2 call close) rather than longer cycle B2B/enterprise sales

Additional Information

The Pay

Commission Driven - $900-$1400+ per close 

If you’re Average: $80,000/year

If you’re Good: $100,000/year

If you’re Great: $120,000+/year

All amounts above do not include monthly bonuses, the training package we provide ($7500 annual value/expense to our company) or the travel perks that come with this role. 

Our closers once on the team for over 3 months average out to $10k/month+
