Oversee branch operations, sales quotas, financial responsibilities, and strategic priorities of (region). You will understand and capitalize on growth opportunities based on the local market. You will set your region's strategic priorities, including forecasts, training, quotas, budgets, etc. You will hire, coach, and develop branch managers. You will monitor sales performance to ensure customer service levels are maintained/enhanced while achieving appropriate sales metrics. Drive business growth by managing several branches in (region). Deliver value by training and directing your organization to meet customer needs. Make an impact by taking full ownership of the operational and revenue success of your (region).
