- Preparing detailed commercial proposals and professionally responding to customer inquiries
- Negotiating terms and conditions to successfully close sales, collaborating with the development team to ensure client expectations are met, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system, monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities for service improvements
