Job Description
KLDiscovery, a leading global provider of data management, information governance, eDiscovery, and advisory services solutions, is currently seeking a Content Marketing Manager.
The position requires excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills. The ideal candidate is passionate about learning new skills and concepts and wants to collaborate with internal subject matter experts to become well-versed in the intricate details of KLDiscovery’s technology offerings that solve clients’ complex data challenges. The person in this role will be people-centric, highly collaborative, and able to effectively communicate with individuals from a variety of technical and non-technical backgrounds.
Working hours: 15:00 - 24:00 local time (with one hour break).
India compensation is based upon the local competitive market.
Remote, work from home opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Execute and support marketing communications, content marketing, and content strategy initiatives working closely with designers, editors, digital marketers, and other KLDiscovery Marketing team members
- Participate in daily operations of owned content marketing and communication channels for B2B audiences across the brand portfolio
- Create concise and compelling B2B content for a professional audience; leverage core messaging to ideate, draft, proofread, and edit persuasive, on-brand copy for collateral; website content including webpages, blog posts, landing pages, and press releases; email campaigns; event content; video scripts; internal communications; white papers and eBooks; advertisements, and social media content. Craft content for different channels with an ability to adapt writing to fit the audience and medium
- Coordinate content and collaborate across the global Marketing team to ensure all content is consistent across channels leveraging KLDiscovery’s Copywriting Style Guide
- Partner with internal subject matter experts on technical offerings ensuring collateral is accurate, particularly in terms of features and benefits
- Collaborate on the collection, analyzing, and reporting of content performance data (KPIs) and analytics; identify trends and make optimization recommendations
- Identify solutions to and execute on complex, detailed requests from internal stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or similar discipline preferred but not required
- 3+ years of full-time, professional work experience in copywriting, proofreading, and editing (e.g., developing collateral, website content, emails, video scripts, and social media posts); must have sharp attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and standardization across all content
- Must be fluent in English.
- Ability to write clear, concise, on-brand copy while telling a story that compels the reader to action
- Effective listening, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity, use sound judgment, and act with confidence
- Ability to take direction and metabolize edits for current and future content development
- Self-starter and problem solver who understands how to prioritize projects and meet deadlines
- Solid proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to navigate multiple types of content within the internal creation/design/review/approval/translation workflow and the ability to contribute the best approach to different mediums
- Experience writing for a legal or technical audience preferred but not required
- Experience with generative AI preferred but not required (developing and editing AI-generated content to ensure accuracy and on-brand outputs, effective prompt engineering, and staying updated on the latest technology developments)
