Tasks
  • Customer Centricity: Prioritize the needs of our core customers - doctors and patients - ensuring their satisfaction and retention. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience, aligning operational processes with customer expectations. Collaborate closely with the Patient Growth and Doctor Growth teams to balance doctor supply and patient demand.

  • Leadership: Coach and mentor your cross-functional team (operations managers, customer success managers, CRM managers, support agents, product managers, and developers) to drive operational excellence. Lead with hands-on involvement and strategic oversight, fostering a customer-centric culture.

  • Ownership: Oversee all operational processes and the entire support and success journey for patients and doctors. Take full KPI responsibility for doctor retention rate, their productivity, NPS of both core customers (patients and doctors), support costs, and platform scalability.

  • Operational Excellence: Execute initiatives in an agile, fast-paced manner, leveraging automation tools and developer resources to create frictionless and scalable operations.

  • Execution: Optimize operations throughout the entire journey, aligning with other missions to reduce friction.

  • Technology: Utilize state-of-the-art technologies to drive efficiency and scalability. Stay abreast of domain trends to ensure a cutting-edge experience. Support the engineering team from a business perspective to deliver impactful technology solutions that drive crucial company and mission KPIs.
