We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Front-End Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of web development technologies with a focus on React. The role involves developing high-quality, scalable, and innovative front-end applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

Join the front-end development team in designing, developing, and implementing web applications using React/NextJS.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and translate them into high-quality code.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, focusing on rendering performance and optimization in React applications.
Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices in front-end development.
Collaborate with back-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of features.
Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and trends, adopting best practices to continually improve the team's productivity and code quality.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

React: At least 5 years of hands-on experience developing applications using React.
State Management: Proficient in Redux Toolkit and RTK Query for state management. Knowledge of Redux or NGRX is also valuable.
Performance Optimization: Excellent understanding of the rendering process in React applications and experience in performance optimization techniques.
Other Frameworks: Experience with Angular, Vue.js, or other front-end frameworks is valuable.
Web Technologies: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles.
Familiarity with development tools such as Git.
Testing: Experience with testing frameworks such as Cypress and Jest.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
