This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including but not limited to outbound calls, emails, and networking.
Prospect Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through strategic communication and engagement. Understand their needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor solutions effectively.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact through to closing the deal. Provide timely and accurate information to prospects, addressing inquiries and concerns to move them through the sales pipeline.
B2B Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Utilize this knowledge to position products or services effectively in the B2B market.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and other relevant departments to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role.
Demonstrated ability to manage the complete sales cycle effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospects and clients.
Familiarity with B2B sales processes and strategies.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
