Your missions

This is a remote position.

An organised, logical thinker who thrives on organising information.

Our Charities  Team  is key to the right recipients receiving our baskets. You'll assist your Leader in ensuring that the correct policies & procedures are in place to filter any nominations and liaise with the charitable organisations to communicate what Basket Brigade UK is looking for. Once communicated, the information received must be checked & updated in our central database. We have a database of over 200 organisations that we work with so there is quite a bit of data manipulation involved. 

Without the right recipients the event can't be a success and the charity can't meet it's goals, so the Charities team plays a pivotal role in the success of the event.

You'll be guided by your Team leader & Deputy and coached by the charity trustees in every aspect of the role. 
 

RESPONSIBILITES OF CHARITIES TEAM
  • Communicate & liaise with over 200 organisations to receive nominations
  • Review & write policies & procedures to ensure we have the right filters in place that recipients meet the Objects of Basket Brigade UK
  • Plan & track the time line to ensure we receive the information in a timely manner
  • Review, correct & verify the data received to ensure data accuracy
  • Maintain & update the database of recipient nominations as they are received
  • Co-ordinate & liaise with the technology team to ensure nominations can be matched to drivers
  • Keep the Leader updated on the plan & level of nominations received
