Job description

We are seeking an experienced business professional to build a new business. This is a builder role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:


  • Product-Market Fit: Identify and establish a product-market fit for a new category, ensuring a clear and unique value proposition. This is an intrapreneur role where you will wear lots of different hats to build a new business.

  • Category Growth: You will be responsible for driving exceptional health outcomes and achieving revenue milestones: $10 million in the first year and $100 million within 36 months.

  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams, working closely with various departments to achieve business goals. This role is akin to a general manager position, offering a comprehensive entrepreneurial experience in building and growing a business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Help define categories to launch, build a customer value proposition, and lead the launch

  • Understand customer needs and define the overall strategy for the assigned category (e.g. products, pricing, customer experience, marketing, …) and customise it to the Brazilian market

  • Work cross-functionally with different areas (e.g. marketing, product, UX, supply chain…) to build a new business

  • Be able to create a unique and differentiated value proposition that will set MANUAL apart from competitors

  • Manage the category P&L and be responsible for main KPIs and able to go from 0 to $100m in short period of time

  • Lead new ideas and initiatives to improve the performance and metrics of the established categories
