Your missions

Paradigm is a software company transforming the way that the residential, construction & building product industries operate across the globe. We are looking for a Regional Sales Representative – Estimate & Vendo to be a part of revolutionizing these industries.

You will identify, connect, and develop strong relationships with Paradigm Estimate’s potential customers.

What You Will Do:

  • You will identify potential in-home renovation companies, lumberyards, and exterior suppliers that would benefit from a partnership with Paradigm Estimate & Vendo and identify the correct point of contact.
  • You will connect in person/remotely with prospects to understand the value proposition.
  • You are comfortable working in a CRM and will keep up to date sales activities.
  • You will use multiple methods of contact, which could include phone, email and social to begin the conversation about Paradigm products while identifying and showcasing exponential value.
  • You will set up demonstrations, including small sample runs of products.
  • You will stay current on industry trends and challenges, you will be recognized as a Subject Matter Expert and provide this value add to Paradigm’s clients.


What You Need to Succeed:

  • 2+ years of proven sales experience ideally in the building products/construction or software industry.
  • You understand that you must have dedication and resilience to succeed in this role. You understand when to continue forward with a conversation and when to shelf the conversation for a future time.
  • You are comfortable working fairly independently, but understand you are the first step of a bigger team.
  • You are flexible, able to adjust and change direction as the business & tech environments evolve & change. You are entrepreneurial in spirit; unchartered territories & problems energize you.
  • Travel can generally range anywhere from 25-30% domestically.
