BlackStone eIT, a leading computer software company, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Recruiter (India) to join our Human Resources team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top-tier technical talent to support our company's growth and innovation in India. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to the Indian market.

Responsibilities
  • Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire top-tier technical talent in India
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and requirements for the Indian market
  • Source candidates through various channels, including online job platforms, social media, and Indian job portals
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for the Indian market
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for Indian positions, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings in India
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience for Indian candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and recruitment best practices in India
  • Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes and tools for the Indian market
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics for Indian positions to management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
