Bachelor in IT preferred, Minimal experience in similar position, Good understanding of computer systems and networking, Very good knowledge of Microsoft client architecture, Fluent in German and English.
Key responsabilities:
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and application issues
- Document solutions and maintain accurate IT Service Desk tickets
- Assist with user onboarding and perform hardware/software upgrades
- Offer remote support to allocated users and manage Active Directory
- Properly escalate unresolved issues and communicate promptly with customers
